Located in a residential area of Maresme with sea views and surrounded by native vegetation, this home is an example of healthy, conscious architecture. Designed for a young family, it combines flexible everyday spaces with a constant connection to the natural surroundings. The house integrates bioclimatic strategies and low-impact materials to achieve excellent energy efficiency and optimal indoor comfort.
