Marc Brucet
MARC is an in-house architect AT SLOW STUDIO
Marc Brucet studied architecture at ETSAV – Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura del Vallès. During his training, he became particularly interested in technology and construction, understanding technique not only as a tool for resolving a building, but as an essential part of the design process itself.
He is especially drawn to research and the development of new construction systems and technologies—areas he closely links to sustainability and to a broader reflection on how we build. Among his references is Jean Prouvé, for his ability to approach architecture through technique, simplicity, and industrialisation, as well as contemporary studios such as XMADE and movements like Brutalism.
Marc is currently part of Slow Studio’s team of architects, where he contributes to project development and delves deeper into the technical and construction aspects of architecture. Outside the studio, he is especially interested in history, athletics, and discovering cities and places through long walks.
