House in Cerros de Madrid in Häuser fürs Leben

 

The German publication Häuser fürs Leben features in its 2023 book a selection of the 30 best single-family homes from the Häuser Awards 2023, published by the renowned Penguin Random House in collaboration with Bettina Hintze.

 

 

Under the motto “Houses for Life”, the book presents today’s finest residential buildings, selected by the jury of the renowned HÄUSER Awards and extensively illustrated in this volume, including Slow Studio’s project House in Cerros de Madrid.

 

 

Private housing is more than ever a topic with countless possible variations—not only because our living requirements have changed significantly, but also because we are constantly facing new challenges: climate change and dwindling resources, as well as social change. What is needed are homes that address the issues of the present while also looking to the future with foresight.
