Biophilic design in Connections by Finsa

Publicado el 20 March 2025

At Slow Studio, we believe in architecture as a tool to connect people with their surroundings. That is why we are especially pleased to have been mentioned in the Biophilic Design Guide published by Connections by Finsa, an essential resource for understanding how spaces can promote wellbeing through the integration of nature.

In this article, Jade Serra and Laia Montserrat from Slow Studio highlight how integrating biophilic elements into spaces improves people’s quality of life and promotes their physical and emotional wellbeing. From the orientation of homes to the selection of materials, our commitment to bioclimatic and sustainable architecture leads us to seek solutions that maximise natural light, cross ventilation, and energy efficiency.

We would like to thank Connections by Finsa for including us in this design journey that places the relationship between human beings and nature at its core. If you would like to learn more about biophilia, you can read the full article at this link and in the article in our Research section, What is biophilic architecture?.
