Residential Face to Face in Madrid

On Thursday, June 13, Nacho Gias from Slow Studio had the opportunity to participate in the Face to Face sessions with Residential Real Estate. The event aimed to bring together real estate agents and architects to open a debate on the state of the construction sector alongside developers. The sessions took place on June 12 and 13, and both days were inaugurated by Francisco Javier Martín Ramiro, architect and Director General of Housing and Land at the Ministry of Transport, Mobility, and Urban Agenda.

Antonio López from Primarcasa and Nacho Gias from Slow Studio gave a presentation where they discussed the House in Monte el Pardo project, alongside other speakers such as: Ángel L. Gómez from Aelca and Juan Manuel Castillo from Tash, Joaquín Ortiz from Inbisa and Antonia de Angelis from Cano y Escario, Ana Valverde and José Miguel Cervantes from Salas, Marcos Nuñes from Terralpa and Juan Riveiro from GCA Arquitectura, Javier del Castillo from Culmia and Jerónimo Junquera from Junquera Arquitectos, Carlos Conde Castello from VIA 32 desarrollos urbanos, and Francisco Chamorro from Cobo. Additionally, there was a subsequent debate moderated by Itxaso López, Real Estate Partner at Dentons.
