Natural Light as a Health Tool in Interiores Magazine

Publicado el 30 April 2025

Interiores magazine once again features Slow Studio to discuss conscious and sustainable architecture. On this occasion, the publication dedicates an article to one of the fundamental pillars of our design philosophy: the importance of natural light, not only as an aesthetic or energy element, but as a key tool for people’s well-being and health.

In the feature, titled “Designing with natural light is not just an aesthetic or energy matter: it is a health tool”, we share our vision of how architecture can and must adapt to natural rhythms, enhancing interior comfort through conscious use of natural resources.

From the orientation of homes to the selection of materials, the article reviews some of the key decisions we make in each project to ensure spaces that respect both the environment and those who inhabit them.

We are very grateful for this new collaboration with Interiores and for helping us continue to promote a way of designing that is more connected with nature and people’s real needs.
