31st BioCultura Fair in Barcelona

This year, the BioCultura Barcelona fair celebrated its 31st edition on May 30 and 31, 2025, relocating its venue to La Farga de L’Hospitalet. As in previous editions, the fair brought together numerous brands, projects, and professionals in the field of sustainability, offering a wide range of organic food, natural cosmetics, organic textiles, eco-habitat solutions, and wellness products.

Additionally, the fair hosted a program of activities and talks focused on responsible consumption and regenerative design. Among these, EcoHabitar organized the conferences titled Collaborative Housing and Regenerative Habitat, during which Jade Serra, partner architect at Slow Studio, delivered the presentation Bioclimatism and Biomaterials for Decarbonized Construction.

The presentation focused on the application of passive design strategies and the use of natural materials as fundamental tools to advance towards a construction model with lower environmental impact and greater health benefits for people.
