Our studio has been highlighted in the single-family housing category, alongside the teams from munarq and MOLArquitectura. According to K\u00f6mmerling, these are projects where \u201cbioconstruction, health, and connection with the environment pave the way for regenerative living.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1240\">The jury has evaluated, among other aspects, methodological coherence, innovative capacity, and commitment to an architecture that not only reduces environmental impact but also improves people&#8217;s lives. The jury&#8217;s final decision will be announced during a gala in November 2025.
