El \u00abrentat verd\u00bb es pot presentar de moltes formes diferents, des d\u2019objectius de sostenibilitat inexactes fins a especificacions de productes massa optimistes. El problema est\u00e0 molt est\u00e8s, i una investigaci\u00f3 realitzada per la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/competition-and-markets-authority\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA)<\/a> va trobar que fins al 40% de les afirmacions ecol\u00f2giques fetes en l\u00ednia el 2021 podrien ser enganyoses.  <\/p>\n<p>La ind\u00fastria de la construcci\u00f3 aporta aproximadament el 40 % de la petjada de carboni total del Regne Unit el 2021, i l\u2019auge del rentat verd sens dubte ha frenat la transici\u00f3 cap a un entorn constru\u00eft veritablement sostenible. RESPONSABILITAT<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 fonamentar\u00e0 les seves afirmacions de sostenibilitat amb evid\u00e8ncia emp\u00edrica precisa i avaluada regularment.
